Theoretical Approach
I primarily draw on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Simply put, this means that in our sessions, I will support you in gently acknowledging and accepting where you are right now. Acceptance is not about giving up or staying stuck — it is about creating the clarity and space needed to see the path forward. From there, we can explore together how you can move toward living a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values.
While ACT is my main approach, I also integrate other tools and methods to ensure that our work fits you. Every individual is unique, and what works well for one person may not resonate with another. My focus is always on discovering what feels most helpful and supportive for you on your journey.
